Returns + Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry to hear you didn't love your purchase. Please contact us with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Your scarf must be returned new, unworn and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

What if my item is faulty?
We take the upmost care to make sure your piece is in the best possible condition before it gets to you. If you believe your scarf or bag is faulty, please contact us and we will help facilitate a refund or exchange. You will only be eligible for a return or refund if the faulty item has been purchased within the last year. Refunds and exchanges for faulty items are made at the discretion of G by Georgia Baillieu.
